Public Speaking and Writing
In addition to Sonya's practice, she is also involved in various writing projects, consulting and public speaking. Because of this, she works only part-time in her practice.
Together with her husband, Dave, Sonya writes and teaches seminars and classes on the subjects of healthy living, relationship skills, emotional intelligence, overcoming anxiety & depression, etc.

Sonya and Dave are available to speak at churches, retreats and conferences. They teach as a couple or individually in these contexts and are also available to speak at Men's and Women's Ministry events.

Sonya is married, has one son and lives in the Tacoma area. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she now savors the beauty of Washington. Sonya enjoys reading, traveling, sporting activities, and spending time with loved ones.
